Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – DryStep

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Your products are dispatched directly from our international suppliers.

Estimated delivery times for the United Kingdom are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 4 to 8 working days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, busy seasonal periods, weather conditions, or courier issues.


3. Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take 1 to 3 working days to appear after the parcel has been shipped.


4. Customs Fees

  • Most orders arrive in the UK without additional charges.

  • However, customs or import fees may be applied by HMRC and are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If the parcel is returned to the sender, a new shipping fee may be required to resend the order.


6. Delays or Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within 15 working days after dispatch, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.
If necessary, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.


7. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, some items may be shipped separately, even if they were ordered together.
This will not incur any additional shipping charges.
